1.Cut mutton into even sized pieces . Apply lime juice . 2. Roast
and powder dry spices .3.Grind green chillies ,ginger ,garlic and
papaya . 4. Mix ground masala and powdered spices ,curds and chopped
coriander .5. Add meat pieces and keep for 2 hours . 6. Thread on
skewer and roast over a sigree.7. When done ,remove from skewer and

a sigree.7. When done ,remove from skewer on to a hot poratha . 8.
Roll paratha and fix with toothpicks or roll paratha in grease-proof
paper. 9. Serve hot with onion rings .
