Butter Tandoori Chicken

ingredients quantity
chicken 1
butter for batter 125 gm
butter fo r basting 125 gm
tandoori masala  
hot red chilli powder 5 gm
kashmiri chilli powder 10 gm
green chillies 20 gm
ginger 10 gm
garlic 10 gm

Method

1. Grind tandoori masala and mix with butter .2. Make incisions or slits on the breasts and legs of chicken . 3 . Marinade chicken in the mixture of for 10 -12 hours . 4. Bake in the tandoor ,bsting frequently with butter ,till chicken is cooked .

or

Remove when three -forths done.Fry in butter ,return again to the tandoor for 3 -4 minutes .Keep basting till done .

Murgh makhani

Prepare tandoori chicken .Melt butter .Saute the left over marinade in butter . Pour over the chicken .
