ingredients quantity
chicken 800 gm
green chillies 12
garlic 2 pods
ginger 5 cm
onion 1
cumin 1 tsp
pepper 2 tsp
salt to taste
fat 50 gm
vinegar 1 tbsp

Method

1. Grind spices and salt with vinegar .2. Apply over joined chicken .Set aside for 1 hour .3. Heat fat . Add chicken and fry over slow fire .4. Cook covered till chicken is tender and fat floats on top .
