1. Wash and cut mutton into pieces . Pick and wash the cow peas .2.

colour ;Add ginger and garlic paste ,turmeric ,coriander and cumin
powder ,pepper and chilli powder .5.Fry ;remove and add to boiled
mutton and cooked peas , add salt to taste.6.Add chopped green chillies
,coriander leaves and tomatoes ;simmer on a slow fire .When mutton
is cooked add vinegar to taste .7. Serve hot with bread or chapaties
. Onion cuchumber could also be served with it .
