Dum Ke Pasande

ingredients for 4
mutton 500 gm
potatoes 250 gm
tomatoes 500 gm
curds 150 ml
poppy seeds 50 gm
charoli nuts 50 gm
onions 250 gm
fat 100 gm
ginger and garlic 50 gm
chilli powder 15 gm
garam masala 10gm
coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
salt to taste

Method

1. Fry sliced onions and grind them with the spices .2. Mix all the spices with meat ,add alittle water and cook till half done .3.Add beaten curds and cook till meat is fully tender .4. Add sliced potatoes ,tomatoes ,salt and cook on a slow fire .5. When water has dried up ,add garam masala powder . Remove from fire .Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves .
