ingredients for 4
mutton (with bones ) 500 gm
cardamoms 12
onions 1 small
oil 1 tbsp
salt to taste
black pepper 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp

Method

1. Clean and cut mutton into 2.5 cm pieces .2. Chop onion fine .Pound cardamom seeds .3.Heat oil. Saute chopped onion.4.Add powdered cardamom seeds .Fry one minute . 5. Add prepared mutton ,salt and coriander powder . Fry for a few minutes .6. Add water .cook over a slow fire till mutton is cooked and gravy is like a thin soup . .Add pepper powder .
