ingredients for 4
mutton 500 gm
ginger a small piece
garlic 6 cloves
red chillies 5
cumin a pinch
salt to taste
fat 225 gm

Method

1. Cut mutton into small cubes . 2. Grind together ginger ,garlic , red chillies ,cumin and salt .3.Mix mutton with ground paste and set aside for 1 1/2 to 2 hours .4.Thread 8 to 9 pieces meat on skewers about 15 cm .long .5. Heat fat and fry the skewered kababs slowly ,turning them all the time until they become brown . Serve hot .
