ingredients quantity
minced meat 500 gm
fat 55 gm
green chillies 6
tomatoes 50 gm
onions 60 gm
cinnamon 2.5 cm pieces
cloves 3
black cardamoms 2
bay leaf 2
chilli powder 2 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric 1 tbsp
peppercorns 6
coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
eggs 4
green peas 115 gm
water 2 tbsp

Method

1. Chop onion and tomatoes and fry in hot fat. 2 . Add all the ingredients except eggs , peas and coriander leaves .3. Cook on a slow fire for 30 minutes or till the mince is tender .Add a little water if necessary.4.When three -fourths done add peas .5.Serve with hard boiled eggs cut into halves .Garnish with chopped coriander leaves .

N.B. Remove all the spices if desired .
