1. Slightly fry all ingredients from coriander to peppercorns except
ginger and garlic .2. Then grind all including the raw garlic and
ginger together to a paste .3. Fry mutton in a 50 ml of oil and keep
aside .4. Then in 50 ml of oil ,fry 1/4 kg finely sliced onions to
a golden brown colour .5. Add ground masala and mix and fry together
a little .6. Add turmeric and the half cooked meat and mix well .7.
Add 4-5 cups water ,chilli powder and salt to taste . 8. Allow to
