1. Wash trotters using rice flour to rub in .2. Boil washed trotters
in a cooker for 20 to 25 minutes with 5 cup of water .3.Grind red
chillies ,coconut ,ginger ,garlic ,cinnamon ,coriander-cumin powder
,cloves ,cardamoms ,turmeric powder ,chilli powder and coriander leaves
to be a fine paste. 4. Fry sliced onions in fat and remove .5. In
the same fat , fry spices to a golden brown colour .6. Add fried onions
,spices and salt to trotters and simmer till the gravy is thick .7.
Serve with onion cuchumber and chapaties .
