Boiled Ham
Method1. Soak ham for 12 hours . 2. Clean and trim .3. Put into a pan with sufficient cold water to cover and simmer gently until tender -a little over an hour per kg 4 . Remove from fire and let ham remain steeped in the water till cold .5. Remove and strip off the skin . Leave in refrigerator to set . Sprinkle with browned breadcrumbs and sugar.
