Braised Liver
Method1. Season liver with salt and pepper .2. Heat fat ,brown onions. Add liver and saute .3. Remove surplus fat . Add hot water .4. Cover and cook till tender .5. Add flour mixed with water to form a smooth paste .6. Bring to boil,add chopped parsely and keep in a moderate oven for 10-20 minutes .
