1. Trim ,wash and cut meat .2. Heat fat and fry meat till brown .
Remove .3. Fry sliced onions . Pour away surplus fat .4. Add stock
and seasoning and when hot ,replace meat and simmer till almost done
.5. Add prepared vegetables and cook till almost done .5. Add prepared
vegetables and cook till tender .6. When meat and vegetables are cooked
,add blended flour and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
7. To dish out ,place meat in the centre of a hot dish with vegetables
round it and strain the gravy over .
