1. Prepare panada .2.Boil and mice meat . Add seasoning and worcester
sauce .3. Add to panada .4. Spread mixture on to a plate .5. When
cool divide into even portions .6. Form into cutlets . Coat with egg
and crumbs inserting a piece of macaroni at one end .7.Fry in deep
fat until golden . Drain and serve hot . Serve garnished with parsley.
