1. Wash leeks very thoroughly ,removing any discoloured outside leaves
.2. Chop into rings . 3. Dice ham .4. Grease casserole .Layer leeks
,Ham and noodles and a little grated cheese .5. Pour milk over and
sprinkle grated cheese . bake at 175 C or gas mark 4 for about half
an hour . The casserole is ready when all the milk is absorbed .
