ingredients for 4
mutton 500 gm
onions 115 gm
eggs 1
fat to fry 30-40
salt to taste
pepper a pinch

Method

1. Clean and mince meat . Add pepper and salt .2. Peel and mince onions . Add to meat .3. Bind with egg. Form into even-sized flat cakes and shallow fry till cooked . Serve hot between hamburger buns.
