Hamburgers

ingredients for 4
mutton 500 gm
bread 50 gm
pepper a pinch
salt to taste
onions 115 gm
fat to fry 30-45 gm

Method

1. Clean and mince meat . Add pepper and salt . 2. Peel and mince onions . Add to meat . 3. Bind with egg . Form in to even-sized flat cakes and shallow fry till cooked . Serve hot between hamburger buns .
