1. Wash and cut meat .2.Peel and cut potatoes .3. Peel and slice
onions .4. Put meat ,onions and seasoning in a pan ,cover with stock
and cook for 20 to 30 minutes .5. Add potatoes and cook till meat
is tender . Cool .6. Transfer into pie dish ,cover with shortcrust
pastry ,decorating top with leaves .7. Bake at 205 C for 15 minutes
