1. Clean and mince meat .2. Heat fat . Fry chopped onions and chopped
bacon .3. Add minced meat ,breadcrumbs ,beaten egg and seasoning and
a little stock to moisten .4. Grease a bread loaf tin . Dredge with
breadcrumbs .5. Arrange sliced hard-boiled egg . press in prepared
meat .6. Cover with grease-proof paper and bake in a moderate oven
at 175 C for 1 hour. 7. Serve hot or cold with tomato sauce or brown
gravy.
