1. Clean and roast leg of mutton ,cool and carve into thin slices
.2. boil potatoes and mash .3. Prepare a brown sauce with flour ,buttter
, onions and stock .4. Chop mint and parsley fine . 5. Dredge meat
with pepper ,salt and chopped parsley and mint .6. Arrange slices
of meat overlapping in a greased pyrex dish . 7. Pipe a border of
mashed potatoes all around .8. pour the sauces mixed together over
the meat .9. Bake in a fairly quick oven and dust the top of the sauce
with chopped mint before serving .
