sausages 4 (225 gm )
kidneys 4 (115 gm )
mushrooms 4(30gm)
cutlets 4 (225 gm)
tomatoes 4 (450 gm )
streaky bacon rashers 4 (60 gm)
garnish  
straw potatoes 115 gm
parsley butter  

Method

1. Grill in the order given .2. Dress neatly in silver flats . Garnish with straw potatoes and place a slice of parsley butter on each kidney.
