1. Clean and mince mutton . 2. Peel and mince carrots ,onions and
garlic . 3. Mix together minced mutton ,salt , pepper ,half the onions
.4. Shape into olives .5. Heat butter . Add garlic ,remaing onions
and carrots .6. Cover and cook till tender but not brown .7. Add the
tomato puree and the remaing seasoning .8. Add stock . Put in the
olives . Simmer for 15 minutes .9. Serve hot with a dash of lime juice
and chopped parsley .
