1. Season the flour with salt and pepper .2. Marinade the chicken
in Worcestershire sauce ,salt , pepper ,mustard .3. Roll the chicken
in flour until evenly coated .4. Break eggs and beat lighlty .5. Dip
in egg and then coat with breadcrumbs .6. Deep fry .7. Serve with
french fries and oriental sauce .
