ingredients for 4
hard-boiled eggs 4
raw egg 1
mutton 500 gm
onions 55 gm
potatoes 225 gm
parsley 1 sprig
refined flour 15 gm
breadcrumbs 115 gm
pepper to taste
salt 10 gm
fat to fry 30 gm

Method

1. Shell hard-boiled eggs. Roll in seasoned flour .2. Boil and mash potatoes . Clean , boil and mince the mutton . Mix minced onions ,mashed potatoes and mutton with the seasoning .3. Coat egg with the minced meat mixture .4. Brush with beaten egg . Roll in breadcrumbs. 5,Deep fry in hot fat .6. Cut in to halves and serve cold ,set in lettuce leaves or hot with tomato sauce .
