1. Boil or roast meat ,cool and mince .2. Chop onions .3. Melt half
the fat in a pan and fry onions till pale brown .4. Stir in flour
,add stock gradually ,stir until thick .5. Blanch tomatoes ,chop and
add to stock . 6. Add seasoning and meat .. 7. Put in to greased pie
dish .8. Boil and mash potatoes with milk .9. Spread over the meat
make a rough surface with a fork .10 . Dot with butter .11. Bake at
190 C for about 20 -25 minutes .
