Spaghetti Mutton and Tomato Casserole

ingredients for 4
mutton 500 gm
eggs 1
breadcrumbs 30 gm
fat 55 gm
spaghetti 225 gm
tomatoes 500 gm
refined flour 15 gm
butter 15 gm
onions 55 gm
carrots 55 gm
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Method

1. Clean and mince mutton .2. Add seasoning and shape into balls . Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry lightly .3. Boil spaghetti in salted water till done .4. Prepare a tomato sauce using remaining ingredients .5. In a casserole dish place a good layer of spaghetti . 6. cover with tomato sauce .7. Top with meat balls .8. Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 175 C for 25 minutes .
