1. Cut meat in to neat pieces or skin sausage .Place in a greased
pie dish . 2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl .Make a well in the centre
.3. Add the egg . Stir from the centre ,working in the flour gradually
adding the milk till it looks like cream . 4. Beat well and mix throughly
.5. Stir in the remaining milk and leave to stand for at least half
an hour . 6. Pour batter over meat or sausage . 7. Bake in a hot oven
for 45 minutes -1 hour . Reduce heat slighly after 15 minutes .8.
Serve hot .
