Bercy Sauce

Bercy Sauce

Serve with poached ,fried or grilled fish

ingredients quantity
onions 55 gm
white wine or fish liquor 300 ml`
butter 55 gm
salt and pepper to taste
parsley (chopped) 1 tsp
lime juice 1 tsp

Method

1. Simmer finely minced onion in wine or fish liquor .2. Add butter and mix throughly ,season to taste .3. Stir in parsley and lime juice .
