Method

1. Mix oil ,mustard ,sugar , salt and vinegar .2. Beat eggs and add milk and cream .3. Strain into the bowl with oil etc .4. Place in a pan of hot water and whisk till mixture begins to thicken . 5. Pour into a cold basin .
