Brown Gravy

ingredients for 4
carrots 30 gm
onions 30 gm
refined flour 20 gm`
fat 20 gm
salt 5 gm
pepper a pinch
stock 300 ml

Method

1. Slice onions , scrape and chop carrots .2. Heat fat . Brown onions and carrots . Add flour and brown .3. Add stock and cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick .4. Season ,remove and strain . Serve hot .
