Chateaubriand Sauceserve with grilled fillets of beef
Method1. Prepare parsley butter with butter ,parsley and lime. 2. Put all the remaining ingredients into a stew pan and cook to reduce to half the quantity .3. Strain through muslin ,add the prepared parsley butter.Serve hot with Chareaubrind or grilled fillet of beef.
