Cream Sauce

Serve with sole ,sweetbreads ,chicken and vegetables .

ingredients quantity
bechamel sauce 300 ml
cream or fullcream evaporated milk 150 ml

Method

1. To the Bechamel ,white still hot,add cream and mix well .
