Curry Sauce

ingredients for 4
flour 45 gm
butter 45 gm
onions 50 gm
curry powder 1 tbsp
good stock 600 ml
tomatoes 115 gm
bayleaf 1
salt to taste

Method

1. Melt the butter. Add the finely chopped onion .2. When it turns light brown ,stir in the flour and curry powder .3. Blend well and cook for 5 minutes .4. Pour in the stock gradually . Blend well .5. Add chopped tomatoes and bayleaf.6. Bring to boil stirring all the time ;cook for 20 minutes .7. Strain and serve .
