Custard SauceServe with fruit ,steamed or backed puddings .
Method1. Mix egg yolks,sugar and essence in a basin .2. Whisk in boiled milk . 3. return to a thick -bottomed pan .4. Place on low heat and stir witha wooden spoon till it coats the back of the spoon . Do not boil .5. Pass through a fine strainer.
