FrenchdressingFor salads Mix together 3 parts of salad oil to one part of vinegar. Season to taste with salt ,pepper and mustard . Add chopped herbs to taste . Toss the salad in the dressing only just before sercing . For a variation lime juice can be used instead of vinegar .
