Serve with cold fish

ingredients quantity
spinach or chives 60 gm
mayonnaise 300 ml

Method

1. Pick ,wash and blanch the spinach leaves or chives .2. Squeeze dry.3. Pass through a fine sieve .4. mix with mayonnaise .5. Serve with cold salmon .
