Serve with sweet puddings

ingredients for 4
jam 40 gm
cold water 500 gm
lemon juice 1/2
sugar 40 gm

Method

1. Put all ingredients in to a strong pan. Boil until reduced to two -thirds . Strain and colour if necessary .
