ingredients quantity
refined flour 1 kg
eggs 1 or 2 `
sugar 1 tbsp
salt to taste
cumin and gingelly seeds  

Method

1. Mix all ingrediemts together .2. Prepare a batter adding sufficient water to form a pouring consistency .3. Dip heated ''koekjes mould ''in batter and deep fry .4. Drain well and tin.
