1. Wash the rice ,dry, then grind to powder .2. Soak black gram in
water for 1 hour ,then grind it to make a thick paste .3. Mix rice
powder with this paste .Add salt and ground cumin ,chillies and coriander
.Press small portions of this paste on a banana leaf in the palm of
the hand and fry in oil till they float on the surface .
