ingredients quantity
wada  
split black gram 100 gm
green chillies 10 gm
ginger 5 gm
salt to taste
cumin 5 gm

Method

1. Soak the gram overnight . Grind it coarsely and add chopped green chillies ,ginger ,cumin and salt .2. Mix well .Shape into wadas 5 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thick . Fry in hot fat till golden brown . Drain the wadas and soak them in water for 5-10 minutes .Squeeze out the water and soak them in the tamarind chutney .
