Bori Samosasingredients same as for vegetable samosas.Rice flour to dust and roll out . Method1. Sift flour .Add salt and cold water and make a soft dough .2. Divide into equal portions . Flatten the balls . Dip one one side in melted fat and then in rice flour . 3. Press two balls together so that oiled and floured sides are jointed and roll out into a thin chapati .4. Keep a tawa upside down on fire . Cook chapati on tawa for a minute or two without browning . Turn over to cook the second side .5. Seperate two chapaties by beating lightly between the palms of the hands .6.Wrap chapaties in a clean cloth .7. Cut into strips 12 inches long and 4 cm wide .8.Make cones . Put in prepared filliing of meat or vegetable .9. Stick the edges with paste .10. Fry in deep fat till brown . paste
method 1. Mix flour in 60 ml cold water .2. Boil remining water and add to mixture .3. Return to fire and cook till thick .
