Bori Samosas

ingredients same as for vegetable samosas.Rice flour to dust and roll out .

Method

1. Sift flour .Add salt and cold water and make a soft dough .2. Divide into equal portions . Flatten the balls . Dip one one side in melted fat and then in rice flour . 3. Press two balls together so that oiled and floured sides are jointed and roll out into a thin chapati .4. Keep a tawa upside down on fire . Cook chapati on tawa for a minute or two without browning . Turn over to cook the second side .5. Seperate two chapaties by beating lightly between the palms of the hands .6.Wrap chapaties in a clean cloth .7. Cut into strips 12 inches long and 4 cm wide .8.Make cones . Put in prepared filliing of meat or vegetable .9. Stick the edges with paste .10. Fry in deep fat till brown .

refined flour 30 gm
water 170 ml

method

1. Mix flour in 60 ml cold water .2. Boil remining water and add to mixture .3. Return to fire and cook till thick .
