ingredients for 4
brinjal 225 gm
bengal gram flour 30 gm `
chilli powder 5 gm
turmeric a pinch
salt to taste
soda bicarbonate a pinch
oil to fry  

Method

1. Wash and slice brinjal into thin roundels . Apply turmeric and salt . 2. Make a batter with gram flour ,soda flour ,soda bicarbonate ,chilli powder and water.3. Dip slices of brinjal in batter . Deep fry . Drain and serve immediately .
