ingredients for 4
cheese 225 gm
refined flour 115 gm
eggs 4
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying to taste

Method

1. Seive flour,slat and pepper .2. Add finely grated cheese .3. Beat yolks of eggs and add to dry ingredients . Mix well .4. Let the mixture stand for at least 1/2 hour.5.Heat oil .6. While oil is being heated beat egg whites stiff and fold into the mixture lightly but throughly .7. Put teaspoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil . Remove as it turns to a light golden -brown colour .8. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot in a hot dish over a folded napkin .
