1. Seive flour,slat and pepper .2. Add finely grated cheese .3. Beat
yolks of eggs and add to dry ingredients . Mix well .4. Let the mixture
stand for at least 1/2 hour.5.Heat oil .6. While oil is being heated
beat egg whites stiff and fold into the mixture lightly but throughly
.7. Put teaspoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil . Remove as it
turns to a light golden -brown colour .8. Drain on absorbent paper
and serve hot in a hot dish over a folded napkin .
