1. Heat oil . Fry pressed rice . Remove when it puffs up . Drain
.2. Mix turmeric with puffed rice . Set aside .3. Fry cashew nuts
till light brown . 4. Fry groundnuts ,chilli, garlic ,coconut ,gingelly
,sultanas ,curry leaves seperately . Remove after frying and drain
. 5. Add fried ingredients to fried ,pressed rice . Add chilli powder
and chiwda masala powder . Mix well .6. When the mixture is cold ,add
salt .
