1. Sift flour ,add salt . Rub in fat . Add enough water to make a
soft dough.2. Knead well and set aside covered for at least half an
hour .3. Saute chopped onions and bacon in melted butter .4. Add chicken
liver ,cut in to small pieces .5. When cooked ,add worcestershire
sauce and salt to taste.6. Knead dough . Divide into small portions
.7. Roll out into rounds about 5 cm in diameter and paper thin . Cut
down the centre.8. Make a cone of each piece . Put in prepared filling
.9. Seal the edges with water .10. Fry in deep fat till light brown
.11.Serve hot .
