1. Pick and wash gram . Soak in water for 5 to 6 hours .2. Grind
coconut ,coriander ,green chillies ,cumin and garlic .3. Mix with
the gram . Add finely chopped onions ,salt ,soda bicarbonate ,vinegar,turmeric
, chilli powder ,lime juice and a little oil . Mix well and keep aside
for half an hour .4. Heat oil . Put in teaspoons of mixture and fry
till golden brown .
