Green Gram Bhajiya

ingredients quantity
green gram 225 gm
coconut 30 gm
garlic 4 flakes
chilli powder 1 tsp
onions 100 gm
coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
green chillies 5
salt 1 tsp
cumin 1/2 tsp
soda bicarbonate 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
lime juice 1 lime
oil to fry  

Method

1. Pick and wash gram . Soak in water for 5 to 6 hours .2. Grind coconut ,coriander ,green chillies ,cumin and garlic .3. Mix with the gram . Add finely chopped onions ,salt ,soda bicarbonate ,vinegar,turmeric , chilli powder ,lime juice and a little oil . Mix well and keep aside for half an hour .4. Heat oil . Put in teaspoons of mixture and fry till golden brown .
