Jaggery Dosa

ingredients quantity
raw rice 250 gm
whole wheat flour 500 gm
jaggery 250 gm
grated coconut 2 tbsp
cardamom  
clarified butter for frying  

Method

1. Soak and drain rice. Grind well . Add flour and broken pieces of jaggery with enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.2. Add grated coconut and mix well . Heat pan. Spread a tsp of ghee over . Pour batter and spread lightly . Turn carefully. Pour 1 tsp of ghee over . Remove .
