1. Soak the grams together for 6 hours.2. Grind finely in a round
stone grinder,to allow it to froth up. 3. Add ground ginger ,green
chillis ,salt, asafoetida ,turmeric ,soda bicarbonate and sugar .4.
Heat oil .Pour in to the mixture . Mix well and keep for 12 hours
.5. When fermented ,do not stir . Remove gently from side and put
into a greased pan and steam .6. Heat oil . Add mustard seeds .7.
Add pieces of dhokla. Fry for a few minutes . Serve garnished with
grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
