ingredients quantity
colocasia leaves 6
minced mutton 100 gm
onions 50 gm
salt to taste
ginger 5 gm
turmeric 2 gm
garlic 4 cloves
chilli powder 2 gm
green chilli 1
coriander powder 4 gm
garam masala powder 3 gm
lime 1/2
salt to taste
bengal gram flour 50 gm

Method

1. Boil mutton with onions and salt . Grind together remaining spices and mix with gram flour and cooked minced meat . Add lime juice and mix well .2. Spread on the back of one colocasia leaf. Put another leaf on top and apply more mixture . Repeat till all the leaves are used up . Turn in the two ends and roll rightly . 3. Tie with a thread and steam . Serve sliced or if preferred ,fry each sliced and serve hot .
