1. Boil mutton with onions and salt . Grind together remaining spices
and mix with gram flour and cooked minced meat . Add lime juice and
mix well .2. Spread on the back of one colocasia leaf. Put another
leaf on top and apply more mixture . Repeat till all the leaves are
used up . Turn in the two ends and roll rightly . 3. Tie with a thread
and steam . Serve sliced or if preferred ,fry each sliced and serve
hot .
