1. Boil macaroni by the absorption method.2. Cook tomatoes and pass
through a seive .3. Make a thick batter with gram flour and water
. Add tomato pulp ,finely chopped onions ,green chillies and ginger
. Add cooked macaroni and salt . Mix well . 4. Heat oil . Drop teasponfulls
of mixture into hot oil , when brown ,remove . Drain and serve with
chutney .
